HD Immune GmbH, an Vienna/Austrian based company, intends to use proprietary knowledge for the development of new antibody-drugs which are potentially first-in-class immune therapeutic interventions for the treatment of Huntington’s disease (HD).

Huntington’s Disease is a rare, hereditary neurodegenerative disease with a fatal outcome that currently cannot be cured. To date no drug has been developed that can ameliorate the symptoms or slow down disease progression. Because of this urgent unmet medical need, HD Immune’s aim is to develop an new immunological intervention, which can interfere with the disease progression, delaying further clinical symptom development.
